- 1 TABLESPOON VEGETABLE OIL
- 4 BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST HALVES
- 1 CAN OF CAMPBELL'S CREAM OF MUSHROOM WITH ROASTED GARLIC SOUP
- 1/2 CUP MILK
Instructions
- HEAT OIL IN A SKILLET. ADD CHICKEN AND COOK UNTIL BROWNED.
- COMBINE SOUP AND MILK UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD TO CHICKEN AND HEAT TO A BOIL. COVER AND COOK OVER LOW HEAT 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS DONE.
- SERVE WITH RICE OR NOODLES AND A NICE SALAD.
