HERB GRILLED CHICKEN
List of Ingredients
- 14 1/2 OUNCE CHICKEN BROTH
- 3 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
- 1 TEASPOON CRUSHED DRIED BASIL
- 1 TEASPOON CRUSHED DRIED THYME
- 1/8 TEASPOON PEPPER
- 4 SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
Instructions
- COMBINE BROTH, LEMON JUICE, BASIL, THYME AND PEPPER MIXING WELL. SET ASIDE.
- PLACE CHICKEN ON LIGHTLY OILED GRILL OVER MEDIUM HOT COAALS.
- GRILL UNCOVERED 20 MINUTES, BRUSHING OFTEN WITH THE BROTH MIXTURE AND GRILL 20 MINUTES LONGER OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS NO LONGER PINK INSIDE.
- VARIATION:
- PLACE CHICKEN ON BROILER RACK AND BROIL 6" FROM HEAT, BROIL 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS NO LONGER PINK, TURNING AND BRUSHING OFTEN WITH BROTH MIXTURE.
