    List of Ingredients


    • 14 1/2 OUNCE CHICKEN BROTH
    • 3 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
    • 1 TEASPOON CRUSHED DRIED BASIL
    • 1 TEASPOON CRUSHED DRIED THYME
    • 1/8 TEASPOON PEPPER
    • 4 SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE BROTH, LEMON JUICE, BASIL, THYME AND PEPPER MIXING WELL. SET ASIDE.
    2. PLACE CHICKEN ON LIGHTLY OILED GRILL OVER MEDIUM HOT COAALS.
    3. GRILL UNCOVERED 20 MINUTES, BRUSHING OFTEN WITH THE BROTH MIXTURE AND GRILL 20 MINUTES LONGER OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS NO LONGER PINK INSIDE.
    4. VARIATION:
    5. PLACE CHICKEN ON BROILER RACK AND BROIL 6" FROM HEAT, BROIL 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS NO LONGER PINK, TURNING AND BRUSHING OFTEN WITH BROTH MIXTURE.
