    • 1 TEASPOON POULTRY SEASONING
    • 1/4 TESPOON GROUND CUMIN
    • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1/8 TEASPOON GROUND ALLSPICE
    • 1/8 TEASPOON GROUND RED PEPPER, CAYENNE
    • 1/8 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
    • 2 SKINLESS, BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS, 4 OUNCES EACH
    • 1 1/2 TEASPOONS CANOLA OIL
    • 2 TABLESPOONS ORANGE JUICE
    • 2 TABLESPOONS WATER
    • 3 TABLESPOONS ORANGE MARMALADE
    • 1/2 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
    • PINCH SALT


    Instructions


    1. MIX POULTRY SEASONING, CUMIN, SALT, ALLSPICE, CAYENNE AND BLACK PEPPER IN A BOWL. RUB OVER CHICKEN BREASTS. SLICE CHICKEN INTO 1" WIDE STRIPS.
    2. SAUTE CHICKEN IN OIL IN NONSTICK SKILET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT FOR 3 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM SKILLET.
    3. ADD ORANGE JUICE, WATER, MARMALADE, LEMON JUICE AND SALT TO SKILLET, COOK 1 MINUTE. RETURN CHICKEN TO SKILLET AND HEAT THROUGH.
