- 1/4 TESPOON GROUND CUMIN
- 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
- 1/8 TEASPOON GROUND ALLSPICE
- 1/8 TEASPOON GROUND RED PEPPER, CAYENNE
- 1/8 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
- 2 SKINLESS, BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS, 4 OUNCES EACH
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS CANOLA OIL
- 2 TABLESPOONS ORANGE JUICE
- 2 TABLESPOONS WATER
- 3 TABLESPOONS ORANGE MARMALADE
- 1/2 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
- PINCH SALT
Instructions
- MIX POULTRY SEASONING, CUMIN, SALT, ALLSPICE, CAYENNE AND BLACK PEPPER IN A BOWL. RUB OVER CHICKEN BREASTS. SLICE CHICKEN INTO 1" WIDE STRIPS.
- SAUTE CHICKEN IN OIL IN NONSTICK SKILET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT FOR 3 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM SKILLET.
- ADD ORANGE JUICE, WATER, MARMALADE, LEMON JUICE AND SALT TO SKILLET, COOK 1 MINUTE. RETURN CHICKEN TO SKILLET AND HEAT THROUGH.
