    • 1 CUP SUGAR
    • 1 CUP FLOUR
    • 1/2 TEASPOON EACH, BAKING POWDER, SALT, VANILLA EXTRACT
    • 1/4 CUP BUTTER
    • 1/4 CUP MILK
    • 1 EGG
    • 1/2 CUP COCONUT
    • ******************************************************************************
    • 1 CUP APPLE OR CHERRY PIE FILLING
    • 1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
    • ******************************************************************************
    • 1/8 CUP BUTTER
    • 1/2 CUP CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR
    • 1/2 CUP FLOUR
    • 1/4 TEASPOON EACH BAKING POWDER, SALT, VANILLA EXTRACT
    • 1 EGG
    • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. GREASE A 9" CAKE PAN..
    2. IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, COMBINE SUGAR, FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SALT, VANILLA, BUTTER, MILK, EGG AND COCONUT, MIX UNTIL COMBINED. POUR BATTER INTO PREPARED PAN.
    3. SPREAD FRUIT ON TOP OF BATTER.
    4. COMBINE BUTTER, CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR, FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SALT, VANILLA EXTRACT, EGG AND PECANS UNTIL ALL INGREDIENTS ARE COMBINED. SPRINKLE ON TOP OF FRUIT COVERING ENTIRE TOP.
    5. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND ALLOW TO COOL COMPLETELY.
