    PEACH COFFEECAKE

    THIS IS A LOW FAT COFFEECAKE.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
    • 2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
    • 3 PACKETS SWEET N LOW OR SPLENDA
    • 1/4 CUP POWDERED MILK
    • 1/2 CUP APPLESAUCE
    • 3 TABLESPOONS MARGARINE SOFTENED
    • 3 EGG WHITES
    • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
    • 1 ( 15 OUNCE CAN) PEACHES, NO SUGAR ADDED, DRAINED AND DICED, RESERVE 1/4 CUP JUICE
    • SREUSEL TOPPING
    • 3 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
    • 1 TABLESPOON MARGARINE
    • 1/2 TESPOON CINNAMON1 PACKET SWEET N LOW


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
    2. IN A MIXING BOWL, MIX FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SWEET N LOW AND DRY MILK TOGETHER AND SET ASIDE.
    3. CREAM MARGARINE, EGG WHITES, APPLESAUCE AND VANILLA WITH MIXER ON LOW SPEED. ADD PEACHES AND BEAT 230 SECONDS. ADD FLOUR MIXTURE AND POUR INTO A8 3/4" PIE PLATE THAT HAS BEEN SPRAYED WITH PAN.
    4. CREAM THE FLOUR MARGARINE, CINNAMON AND SWEET N LOW UNTIL CRUMBLY AND SPRINKLE OVER TOP.
    5. BAKE FOR 40 TO 45 MINUTES. COOL AND SPRINKLE WITH A PACKET OF SWEET N LOW ( OPTIONAL).
