- 3 CUPS VANILLA WAFER CRUMBS
- 1 CUP FINELY GROUND PECANS
- 1 CUP CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR
- 3 TABLESPOONS LIGHT CORN SYRUP
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS COCOA POWDER
- 1/2 CUP BURBON OR RUM
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS, MIXING WELL.
- ROLL INTO BALLS AND ROLL IN CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR.
- KEEP IN A COVERED AIRTIGHT CONTAINER. WHEN READY TO SERVE, RE-ROLL IN POWDERED SUGAR AND PLACE IN TINY PAPER CUPS.
