    CLASSIC PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 CUP UNSALTED SOFT BUTTER
    • 1 CUP CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER
    • 1 CUP SUGAR
    • 1 CUP LIGHT BROWN SUGAR, FIRMLY PACKED
    • 2 EGGS
    • 2 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
    • 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
    • 1 1/2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
    • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°.
    2. CREAM TOGETHER BUTTER, PEANUT BUTTER AND SUGARS. BEAT IN EGGS MIXING WELL.
    3. IN A SEPERATE BOWL, SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA AND SALT. STIR INTO CREAMED MIXTURE. REFRIGERATE BATTER FOR 1 HOUR.
    4. ROLL INTO 1" BALLS AND PLACE ON COOKIE SHEETS. FLATTEN BALLS SLIGHTLY WITH A FORK MAKING A CRISS CROSS PATTERN.
    5. BAKE FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL COOKIES BEGIN TO BROWN. DO NOT OVER BAKE.
    6. 4 DOZEN
