- 1 ( 12 OZ, 2 CUPS) BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS
- 1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA
- 3 CUPS CHOW MEIN NOODLES
- 1/2 CUP PEANUTS OR CASHEWS OR PECANS
- 1/2 CUP RAISINS OPTIONAL
Instructions
- MELT CHOCOLATE AND BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS IN A HEAVY SAUCEPAN OVER LOW HEAT STIRRING CONSTANTLY. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND QUICKLY STIR IN NOODLES AND NUTS, SO THEY ARE EVENLY COATED.
- DROP BY TEASPOONFULL ONTO WAXED PAPER. CHILL IN REFRIGERATOR UNTIL HARD APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES.

I HAVE ALSO ADDED DRAINED CHOPPED MARASHINO CHERRIES. YOU CAN ADD ANYTHING YOU LIKE.
