    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 CUP BUTTER
    • 1 PACKAGEGRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS ( 13 1/2 OUNCE)
    • 2 1/4 CUPS CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR
    • 6 OUNCES FROZEN ORANGE JUICE CONCENTRATE, THAWED
    • 1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED PECANS
    • 1 PACKAGE SWEETENED COCONUT FLAKES ( 7 OUNCE )


    Instructions


    1. PLACE THE BUTTER IN A MICROWAVE SAFE DISH AND MICROWAVE 10 SECONDS ON HIGH UNCOVERED TO SOFTEN.
    2. COMBINE THE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS AND SUGAR IN A 3 QUART OR LARGER BOWL AND STIR WELL. ADD THE SOFTENED BUTTER AND ORANGE JUICE AND PRESS INTO THE DRY MIXTURE USING A FORK OR YOUR FINGERS. CONTINUE COMBINING UNTIL THE DRY INGREDIENTS ARE MOISTENED AND THE MIXTURE LOOKS LIKE A COARSE MEAL. ADD THE PECANS AND STIR WELL TO COMBINE.
    3. PLACE THE COCONUT ON A PLATE. HAVE A STORAGE CONTAINER HANDY.
    4. PINCH OFF ENOUGH DOUGH TO MAKE A BALL THE DIAMETER OF A QUARTER. SQUEEZE THE DOUGH IN YOUR HAND AND THEN ROLL INTO A BALL. PLACE THE BALL ON THE COCONUT AND ROLL TO COAT THE ENTIRE BALL. REPEAT THE PROCESS UNTIL YOU HAVE ALL THE DOUGH FINISHED. PLACE IN STORAGE CONTAINER.
    5. 6 DOZEN
