PEANUT BUTTER BUTTER COOKIES
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 CUP BUTTER
- 1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
- 2 CUPS SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 2 EGGS
- 2 TABLESPOONS LIGHT CORN SYRUP
- 2 TABLESPOONS WATER
- 2 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
- 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
- 2 TEASPOONS VANILLA
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
- CREAM BUTTER, PEANUT BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR, SUGAR BEATING UNTIL COMBINED. ADD EGGS, CORNSYRUP, WATER AND VANILLA, BEAT UNTIL BLENDED WELL.
- SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING SODA AND SALT AND ADD TO CREAMED MIXTURE, MIXING WELL TO BLEND. STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
- DROP COOKIES ON BAKING SHEET IN HEAPING TABLESPOONFULS 2 TO 3" APART AND BAKE 12 TO 14 MINUTES DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN.
