    List of Ingredients


    • 1 CUP SUGAR
    • 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR PACKED
    • 1/2 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
    • 1 1/2 CUPS PEANUT BUTTER
    • 4 1/2 CUPS ROLLED OATS
    • 1/4 TEASPOON VANILLA
    • 3 EGGS
    • 2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
    • 1 1/2 CUPS BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS
    • 1/2 CUP SLICED ALMONDS OR NUTS OF YOUR CHOICE


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
    2. MIX TOGETHER THE OATS AND BAKING SODA AND SET ASIDE.
    3. MIX SUGARS, MARGARINE, PEANUT BUTTER UNTIL SMOOTH. BEAT IN EGGS AND VANILLA.
    4. ADD OAT MIXTURE AND STIR WELL (THE DOUGH WILL BE STIFF). ADD BUTTERSCOTCH AND NUTS.
    5. ROLL ABOUT 1 TABLESPOON OF DOUGH INTO A BALL AND FLATTEN SLIGHTLY ONTO A GREASED BAKING SHEET. BAKE ABOUT 12 MINUTES.
    6. 7 DOZEN
