BBQ MEATBALLS

- MEATBALLS:
- 2 LBS GROUND BEEF
- 1 CUP ONION FLAVORED BREAD CRUMBS OR PLAIN FLAVORED CRUMBS
- 1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
- 2 PACKAGES ONION SOUP MIX
- 2 TEASPOONS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 2 EGGS

- BBQ SAUCE:
- 2 LARGE ONIONS, CHOPPED
- 2 ( 6 OUNCE) CANS TOMATO PASTE
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
- 1/4 CUP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/4 CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
- 1/2 CUP EACH BROWN SUGAR, SWEET PICKLE RELISH AND BEEF BROTH
- 2 TEASPOONS EACH SALT AND DRY MUSTARD
- COOK AT:
- LOW: FOR 5 TO 6 HOURS
- HIGH: FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS
Instructions
- IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. SHAPE INTO MEATBALLS. BROWN IN SKILLET WITH 1 TABLESPOON OIL. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS.
- ADD SAUCE INGREDIENTS TO CROCKPOT AND STIR WELL. PLACE MEATBALLS IN CROCKPOT AND COOK TO DESIRED HEAT OR UNTIL HOT. SET CONTROL TO LOW FOR SERVING AND SERVE FROM CROCKPOT.
