    • MEATBALLS:
    • 2 LBS GROUND BEEF
    • 1 CUP ONION FLAVORED BREAD CRUMBS OR PLAIN FLAVORED CRUMBS
    • 1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
    • 2 PACKAGES ONION SOUP MIX
    • 2 TEASPOONS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    • 2 EGGS
    • *****************************************************************************
    • BBQ SAUCE:
    • 2 LARGE ONIONS, CHOPPED
    • 2 ( 6 OUNCE) CANS TOMATO PASTE
    • 2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
    • 1/4 CUP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    • 1/4 CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
    • 1/2 CUP EACH BROWN SUGAR, SWEET PICKLE RELISH AND BEEF BROTH
    • 2 TEASPOONS EACH SALT AND DRY MUSTARD
    • COOK AT:
    • LOW: FOR 5 TO 6 HOURS
    • HIGH: FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS


    Instructions


    1. IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. SHAPE INTO MEATBALLS. BROWN IN SKILLET WITH 1 TABLESPOON OIL. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS.
    2. ADD SAUCE INGREDIENTS TO CROCKPOT AND STIR WELL. PLACE MEATBALLS IN CROCKPOT AND COOK TO DESIRED HEAT OR UNTIL HOT. SET CONTROL TO LOW FOR SERVING AND SERVE FROM CROCKPOT.
    3. MAKES 60 MEATBALLS
