    • 8 OUNCES NOODLES
    • 3 CUPS CHICKEN, COOKED AND DICED
    • 1/2 CUP DICED CELERY
    • 1/2 CUP DICED GREEN PEPPER
    • 1/2 CUP DICED ONION
    • 4 OUNCES MUSHROOMS DRAINED
    • 1/2 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
    • 1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
    • 2 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER
    • 1 CUP SHARP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
    • 1/2 TEASPOON BASIL
    • 1 1/2 CUPS SMALL CURD COTTAGE CHEESE
    • 1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP


    Instructions


    1. COOK NOODLES ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS UNTIL BARELY TENDER, DRAIN AND RINSE THOROUGHLY UNDER COLD WATER.
    2. IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS WITH NOODLES, MAKING SURE THE NOODLES ARE SEPARATED AND COATED WITH LIQUID.
    3. POUR MIXTURE INTO A GREASED CROCKPOT. COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 6 TO 10 HOURS.
    4. YOU CAN ALSO COOK ON HIGH FOR 3 TO 4 HOURS.
