- 8 OUNCES NOODLES
- 3 CUPS CHICKEN, COOKED AND DICED
- 1/2 CUP DICED CELERY
- 1/2 CUP DICED GREEN PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP DICED ONION
- 4 OUNCES MUSHROOMS DRAINED
- 1/2 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
- 1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
- 2 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER
- 1 CUP SHARP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1/2 TEASPOON BASIL
- 1 1/2 CUPS SMALL CURD COTTAGE CHEESE
- 1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
Instructions
- COOK NOODLES ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS UNTIL BARELY TENDER, DRAIN AND RINSE THOROUGHLY UNDER COLD WATER.
- IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS WITH NOODLES, MAKING SURE THE NOODLES ARE SEPARATED AND COATED WITH LIQUID.
- POUR MIXTURE INTO A GREASED CROCKPOT. COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 6 TO 10 HOURS.
- YOU CAN ALSO COOK ON HIGH FOR 3 TO 4 HOURS.
