    List of Ingredients


    • 1 PACKAGE ONION SOUP MIX
    • 2 CANS CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
    • 1 1/2 CUPS MILK
    • 1 CUP DRY WHITE WINE
    • 1 CUP WHITE RICE
    • 6 BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST HALVES
    • 6 TEASPOONS BUTTER
    • 6 TABLESPOONS PARMESAN CHEESE


    Instructions


    1. MIX ONION SOUP, MUSHROOM SOUP, MILK, WINE AND RICE.
    2. SPRAY CROCKPOT WITH VEGETABLE SPRAY. LAY CHICKEN BREASTS IN CROCKPOT, TOP WITH 1 TEASPOON BUTTER ON EACH BREAST. POUR SOUP MIXTURE OVER CHICKEN, SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE. COVER AND COOK ON LOW 8 TO 10 HOURS OR ON HIGH FOR 4 TO 6 HOURS.
