    • 3/4 CUP BUTTER
    • 3 STALKS CELERY, THINLY SLICED
    • 1 MEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED
    • 4 OUNCE CAN SLICED MUSHROOMS, DRAINED
    • 3 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
    • 10 1/2 OUNCE CAN CONDENSED CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
    • 5 TO 6 OUNCE GARLIC CHEESE ROLL, CUT UP
    • 10 OUNCE FROZEN BROCCOLI SPEARS OR CHOPPED BROCCOLI, THAWED


    Instructions


    1. IN A SMALL SKILLET, MELT BUTTER AND SAUTE CELERY, ONION AND MUSHROOMS. STIR IN FLOUR. TURN INTO LIGHTLY GREASED CROCKPOT, STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS. COVER AND COOK ON "HIGH" STIRRING ABOUT EVERY 15 MINUTES, UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTLED. TURN TO "LOW" FOR ABOUT 2 TO 4 HOURS OR UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
    2. SERVE HOT WITH CORN CHIPS, RAW CAULIFLOWERETS, CARROT STRIPS, CELERY CHUNKS AND RADISHES.
    3. ABOUT 1 QUART
