    • 2 BOTTLES DRY RED WINE
    • 3 APPLES, PEELED, CORED AND THINLY SLICED
    • 3 WHOLE CLOVES
    • 2 CINNAMON STICKS
    • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
    • 1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN CROCKPOT, STIR WELL. COVER AND COOK ON "LOW" FOR 4 TO 12 HOURS OR ON "HIGH" FOR 1 TO 2 HOURS. SERVE HOT, IN PUNCH CUPS OR MUGS.
    2. SERVES 6 TO 8, ABOUT 2 QUARTS
