- 1/2 CUP NONFAT DRAY MILK POWDER
- 3/4 TEASPOONS GRATED ORANGE PEEL PLUS EXTRA FOR GARNISHING
- 1 CUP EVAPORATED MILK OR HEAVY CREAM
Instructions
- IN A LARGE BOWL OF ELECTRIC MIXER, BEAT MILK, PUDDING MIX, DRY MILK AND 3/4 TEASPOONS OF ORANGE PEEL. MIX AT LOW SPEED UNTIL BLENDED, 1 TO 2 MINUTES.
- USING A SEPARATE, CLEAN, CHILLED BOWL AND CHILLED BEATERS, BEAT EVAPORATED SKIM MILK UNTIL SOFT PEAKS FORM OR BEAT THE HEAVY CREAM UNTIL SOFT PEAKS FORM, YOUR OPTION. FOLD INTO THICKENED PUDDING MIXTURE. SPOON INTO DESSERT GLASSES OR PARFAIT GLASSES AND SPRINKLE WITH ADDITIONAL ORANGE PEEL.
