- 9" GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
- 1 1/4 CUPS ( 14 OUNCE CAN) CARNATION SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
- 1/3 CUP ( ABOUT 3 LIMES) FRESH LIME JUICE
- 1 TEASPOON GRATED LIME PEEL
- 2 CUPS COOL WHIP, THAWED
Instructions
- BEAT SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK AND LIME JUICE IN A SMALL MIXER BOWL UNTIL WELL COMBINED. STIR IN LIME PEEL. POUR INTO CRUST AND SPREAD TOP WITH COOL WHIP.
- REFRIGERATE FOR 2 HOUR OR OVER NIGHT UNTIL SET.
