List of Ingredients
- 3 OUNCE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
- 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP MILK
- 1`/4 TEASPOON ALMOND EXTRACT
- 1 CUP FLAKED COCONUT
- 8 OUNCE CONTAINER FROZEN WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED
- 9" GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST
Instructions
- IN A MIXING BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH. GRADUALLY BEAT IN MILK AND ALMOND EXTRACT. FOLD IN COCONUT AND WHIPPED TOPPING. SPOON INTO CRUST.
- COVER AND FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT.
- REMOVE FROM FREEZER 30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING AND SLICING.
