    CHILLLY COCONUT PIE

    THIS RECIPE COMES FROM THE AUGUST, 2000 ISSUE OF HOME COOKING.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 OUNCE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
    • 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
    • 1/2 CUP MILK
    • 1`/4 TEASPOON ALMOND EXTRACT
    • 1 CUP FLAKED COCONUT
    • 8 OUNCE CONTAINER FROZEN WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED
    • 9" GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST


    Instructions


    1. IN A MIXING BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH. GRADUALLY BEAT IN MILK AND ALMOND EXTRACT. FOLD IN COCONUT AND WHIPPED TOPPING. SPOON INTO CRUST.

    2. COVER AND FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT.

    3. REMOVE FROM FREEZER 30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING AND SLICING.
