    CREAMY FROZEN LIME PIE


    List of Ingredients


    • 8" GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
    • 8 OUNCE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
    • 14 OUONCE CAN CARNATION SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
    • 1 CUP CARNATION EVAPORATED MILK
    • 1/2 CUP ( ABOUT 3 MEDIUM LIMES) LIME JUICE
    • 1 TEASPOON GRATED LIME PWWL
    • LIME SLICES, BERRIES OR MINT SPRIGS, OPTIONAL


    Instructions


    1. BEAT CREAM CHEESE IN A SMALL MIXER BOWL UNTIL SMOOTH. GRADUALLY ADD SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK AND EVAPORATED MILK, BEATING UNTIL SMOOTH.

    2. ADD LIME JUICE AND LIME PEEL, BEATING ON MEDIUM SPEED FOR 1 MINUTE. POUR INTO CRUST, FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS OR UNTIL FIRM.

    3. LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES. GARNISH WITH LIME SLICES, ETC. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.

    4. RETURN ANY LEFTOVERS COVERED IN FREEZER.
