- 8" GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
- 8 OUNCE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
- 14 OUONCE CAN CARNATION SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
- 1 CUP CARNATION EVAPORATED MILK
- 1/2 CUP ( ABOUT 3 MEDIUM LIMES) LIME JUICE
- 1 TEASPOON GRATED LIME PWWL
- LIME SLICES, BERRIES OR MINT SPRIGS, OPTIONAL
Instructions
- BEAT CREAM CHEESE IN A SMALL MIXER BOWL UNTIL SMOOTH. GRADUALLY ADD SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK AND EVAPORATED MILK, BEATING UNTIL SMOOTH.
- ADD LIME JUICE AND LIME PEEL, BEATING ON MEDIUM SPEED FOR 1 MINUTE. POUR INTO CRUST, FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS OR UNTIL FIRM.
- LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES. GARNISH WITH LIME SLICES, ETC. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
- RETURN ANY LEFTOVERS COVERED IN FREEZER.
