CREAMY LEMON PIE

WONDERFUL TASTE, VERY LITE AND JUST THE RIGHT HINT OF LEMON. THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES.
List of Ingredients
- 1 3/4 CUPS MILK
- 2 ( 3.4 OUNCE PACKAGES) INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING MIX
- 6 OUNCE CAN FROZEN LEMONADE, THAWED
- 8 OUNCE CONTAINER COOL WHIP, THAWED
- 2 KEEBLER GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST
Instructions
- IN A LARGE BOWL, ADD MILK AND PUDDING MIXES AND BEAT WITH MIXER FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 TO 60 SECONDS OR TILL SLIGHTLY THICKENED. ADD LEMONADE AND BEAT FOR ANOTHER 30 TO 60 SECONDS TILL MIXTURE BECOMES THICK.
- STIR IN COOL WHIP WITH A SPATULA COMBINING ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS WELL.
- SPOON INTO THE PIE CRUSTS AND REFRIGERATE FOR 4 HOURS OR UNTIL THE FILLING IS SET OR OVERNIGHT.
- GARNISH WITH THINLY SLICED LEMON PIECES THAT ARE TWISTED AND ARRANGED AROUND PIE.
- NOTE: YOU CAN FREEZE THESE PIES AND SERVE IT AS A FROZEN DESSERT WHICH MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH, OR YOU CAN SERVE IT FROM THE REFRIGERATOR WITH A TEXTURE OF LITE MOUSSE.
