    CRISPY PEANUT BUTTERSCOTCH PIE

    THE COMBINATION OF FLAVORS JUST MAKE THIS PIE VERY DELICIOUS WITH A BIT OF CRUNCH IN EVERY BITE.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
    • 1 TABLESPOON HONEY
    • 1 1/2 CUPS RICE KRISPIES
    • 3/4 OUNCE PACKAGE INSTANT BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING MIX
    • 1 1/2 CUPS COOL WHIP THAWED
    • GROUND CINNAMON
    • RICE KRISPIES


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE PEANUT BUTTER AND HONEY IN A MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL. MICROWAVE FOR 30 SECONDS. STIR UNTIL IT MELTS. STIR IN RICE KRISPIES AND PRESS MIXTURE INTO AN 8 OR 9" PIE PAN.

    2. PREPARE PUDDING ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. FOLD IN 1 CUP COOL WHIP. POUR OVER THE PIE CRUST. COVER AND FREEZE UNTIL FIRM.

    3. LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 15 MINUTES. SPOON REMAINING COOL WHIP OVER THE PIE OR SLICES. SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON, RICE KRISPIES AND SOME CHOCOLATE CHIPS.

    4. FREEZE ANY LEFTOVERS.
