    EASY PUMPKIN CREAM PIE


    List of Ingredients


    • 9" GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
    • 15 OUONCE CAN OF LIBBY'S 100% PURE PUMPKIN PUREE
    • 5.1 OUNCE PACKAGE OF INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING AND PIE FILLING MIX
    • 1 CUP MILK
    • 1 TEASPOON PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
    • 2 CUPS COOL WHIP, THAWED AND DIVIDED
    • FRESH RASPBERRIES, OPTIONAL


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE THE PUMPKIN, PUDDING MIX, MILK AND PUMPKIN PIE SPICES IN A LARGE MIXER BOWL, BEAT FOR 1 MINUTE OR UNTIL WELL BLENDED. FOLD IN 1 1/2 CUPS COOL WHIP.

    2. SPOON INTO CRUST. FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS OR UNTIL FIRM. LET STAND IN REFRIGERATOR 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING. JUST BEFORE SERVING, GARNISH WITH REMAINING COOL WHIP AND RASPBERRIES. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.

    3. STORE LEFTOVER PIE COVERED IN FREEZER.
