- 9" FROZEN DEEP DISH PIE CRUST
- 4 CUPS FRESH WHOLE STRAWABERRIES, STEMS AND CAPS REMOVED
- MELTED SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE FOR GARNISHING
Instructions
- BAKE PIE CRUST IN A PREHEATED 350° OVEN FOR 8 TO 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED, SET ASIDE TO COOL.
- IN A SAUCEPAN MELT CHOCOLATE AND COOL.
- IN A BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE UNTIL SOFTENED. GRADUALLY BEAT IN MELTED CHOCOLATE AND HONEY.
- SPREAD MIXTURE INTO PREPARED PIE CRUST.
- COVER AND CHILL PIE 1 TO 2 HOURS.
- ARRANGE STRAWBERRIES IN PIE CRUST. DRIZZLE WITH MELTED CHOCOLATE.
- SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
