    • 12 MEDIUM APRICOTS, PARED AND PITTED
    • 2 TABLESPOONS APRICOT BRANDY OR 2 TABLESPOONS APRICOT NECTAR
    • 1 CUP THAWED COOL WHIP
    • 1 TEASPOON SUGAR
    • STRAWBERRIES FOR GARNISHING


    Instructions


    1. PUREE APRICOTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER UNTIL VERY SMOOTH. REMOVE TO A MEDIUM METAL MIXING BOWL.
    2. ADD BRANDY OR NECTAR, COOL WHIP AND SUGAR TO APRICOT PUREE MIXING WELL. FREEZE, COVERED 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL JUST FIRM.
    3. JUST BEFORE SERVING, BEAT THE APRICOT MIXTURE WITH A WIRE WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH.
    4. DIVIDE AMONG 4 DESSERT DISHES AND TOP EACH WITH A STRAWBERRY.
