- 14 OUNCE CAN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
- 1/3 CUP COCOA
- 3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
- 2 TEASPOONS POWDERED INSTANT ESPRESSO OR COFFEE, DISSOLVED IN 2 TEASPOONS HOT WATER
- 2 CUPS ( 1 PINT) COLD WHIPPING CREAM
Instructions
- COMBINE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK, COCOA, BUTTER AND COFFEE IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN. COOK OVER LOW HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY, UNTIL BUTTER MELTS AND MIXTURE IS SMOOTH. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND COOL.
- BEAT WHIPPING CREAM IN A LARGE BOWL UNTIL STIFF. GRADUALLY FOLD CHOCOLATE MIXTURE INTO WHIPPED CREAM.
- SPOON INTO DESSERT DISHES AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL SET, APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS.

Final Comments
THIS MOUSSE IS WONDERFUL. YOU CAN ALSO LAYER THE MOUSSE WITH FRESH WHIPPED CREAM IN PARFAIT GLASSES, SPRIKLED WITH SHAVED SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE AND TOPPED OFF WITH A MARASCHINO CHERRY.
