    List of Ingredients


    • 2 ( 3 OUNCE EACH ) LADYFINGERS, SPLIT AND SEPARATED
    • 1 CUP FRESHLY BREWED STRONG COFFEE, AT ROOM TEMPERATURE, DIVIDED
    • 8 OUNCE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
    • 2 CUPS COLD MILK
    • 2 ( 4 SERVING EACH ) INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING MIX
    • 8 OUNCE COOL WHIP TOPPING THAWED DIVIDED


    Instructions


    1. BRUSH CUT SIDES OF LADYFINGERS WITH ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF COFFEE. PLACE ON BOTTOM AND UP SIDES OF A 2 QUART SERVING GLASS BOWL.
    2. BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND REMAINING 3/4 CUPS OF COFFEE IN A LARGE BOWL WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL SMOOTH. GRADUALLY BEAT IN MILK UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD PUDDING MIXES BEATING UNTIL WELL BLENDED. GENTLY STIR IN 1/2 OF THE WHIPPED TOPPING. SPOON INTO PREPARED BOWL, COVER AND REFRIGERATE 1 HOUR OR UNTIL READY TO SERVE. TOP WITH REMAINING WHIPPED TOPPING.
    3. SERVES 12
