    List of Ingredients


    • 1 CUP COLD BUTTER
    • 2 CUPS FLOUR
    • 1 ( 8 OUNCE ) SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
    • 1 CUP CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR
    • 1 ( 8 OUNCE CARTON) WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED AND DIVIDED
    • 3 CUPS COLD MILK
    • 2 ( 3.4 OUNCE PACKAES ) INSTANT LEMON PUDDING MIX


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
    2. IN A BOWL, CUT BUTTER INTO THE FLOUR UNTIL CRUMBLY. PRESS INTO AN UNGREASED 13 X 9" BAKING PAN. BAKE IN OVEN FOR 18 TO 22 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET. COOL ON A WIRE RACK.
    3. IN A MIXING BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH. FOLD IN 1 CUP WHIPPED TOPING. SPREAD OVER CRUST.
    4. IN ANOTHER MIXING BOWL, BEAT MILK AND PUDDING MIX ON LOW SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES. CAREFULLY SPREAD OVER THE CREAM CHEESE LAYER. TOP WITH REMAINING WHIPPED TOPPING.
    5. REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR.
