- 3 POUNDS FRESH PEACHES
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
- 1/2 TEASPOON NUTMEG, OPTIONAL

- CRUMBLE:
- 2 CUPS FLOUR
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 3/4 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS CINNAMON OR LESS
- 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°. BUTTER A 13 X 9" BAKING PAN OR A 12" ROUNDS BAKING DISH.
- TURN FRUIT INTO PREPARED BAKING PAN.
- MIX CRUMBLE INGREDIENTS UNTIL LUMPY AND MOIST ( PINCH WITH FINGERS TO MAKE CRUMBS.
- SPRINKLE OVER FRUIT AND BAKE FOR 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL HOT AND BUBBLY, DUST WITH POWDERED SUGAR WHEN COOLED.
