    • 3 POUNDS FRESH PEACHES
    • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
    • 1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
    • 1/2 TEASPOON NUTMEG, OPTIONAL
    • *******************************************************************************
    • CRUMBLE:
    • 2 CUPS FLOUR
    • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
    • 1/2 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
    • 3/4 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
    • 1 1/2 TEASPOONS CINNAMON OR LESS
    • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°. BUTTER A 13 X 9" BAKING PAN OR A 12" ROUNDS BAKING DISH.
    2. TURN FRUIT INTO PREPARED BAKING PAN.
    3. MIX CRUMBLE INGREDIENTS UNTIL LUMPY AND MOIST ( PINCH WITH FINGERS TO MAKE CRUMBS.
    4. SPRINKLE OVER FRUIT AND BAKE FOR 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL HOT AND BUBBLY, DUST WITH POWDERED SUGAR WHEN COOLED.
    5. 12 SERVINGS
