    PINEAPPLE DESSERT


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 POUND VANILLA WAFER COOKIES
    • 1 1/2 CUPS CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR
    • 2 EGGS
    • 1/2 CUP BUTTER
    • 1 CUP SWEETENED WHIP CREAM OR COOL WHIP
    • 1 LARGE CAN DRAINED CRUSHED PINEAPPLE ( DRAIN REAL WELL)


    Instructions


    1. CRUSH AND DIVIDE WAFERS IN HALF.
    2. PUT 1/2 OF THE WAFERS IN BOTTOM OF A 9 X 13" BAKING PAN.
    3. CREAM BUTTER AND SIFT IN THE CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR MIXING WELL, ADD EGGS AND BEAT WELL. POUR OVER WAFERS.
    4. FOLD IN PINEAPPLE INTO SWEETENED PREPARED WHIP CREAM OR COOL WHIP AND SPREAD OVER CREAMED MIXTURE. SPRINPLE WITH REMAINING WAFER CRUMBS ON TOP OF MIXTURE. COVER AND PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR UNTIL CHILLED.
