    • 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR SUBSTITUTE
    • 1 1/2 CUPS WHOLE MILK
    • 1 TABLESPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
    • 3 EGGS WELL BEATEN


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE EVAPORATED MILK AND SUGAR SUBSTITUTE. BEAT WELL UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED. ADD MILK AND VANILLA, BEAT WELL. ADD EGGS, BEAT EGGS INTO MILK MIXTURE VIGOROUSLY.

    2. POUR INTO ICE CREAM MAKER AND FREEZE ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS.

    3. 1 SERVING + 1/2 MILK, 1/2 LEAN MEAT, 122 CALORIES
