    • 3 CUPS SKIM MILK COLD
    • 1 CUP EVAPORATED SKIM MILK COLD
    • 1 TABLESPOON RUM FLAVORING
    • 1 CUP EGG BEATERS
    • 4 PACKAGES OF EQUAL OR SPLENDA
    • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
    • DASH OF NUTMEG


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE NUTMEG IN A BLENDER. PROCESS ON LOW SPEED ABOUT 30 SECONDS OR UNTIL FROTHY.
    2. POUR MIXTURE INTO A SAUCEPAN AND BEAT UNTIL STEAMY ON LOW HEAT. DO NOT BOIL. CHILL AND SERVE WITH A DASH OF NUTMEG.
