    List of Ingredients


    • 1 LB BONELESS SIRLOIN BEEF OR TOP ROUND STEAK 3/4" THICK
    • 2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
    • 2 CUPS GREEN OR RED PEPPERS CUT INTO 2" LONG STRIPS
    • 1 CUP SLICED LARGE ONION
    • 1/4 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
    • 12 OUNCE JAR PEPPERIDGE FARM HEARTY BEEF GRAVY
    • 1 TABLESPOON SOY SAUCE
    • 1 TABLESPOON SESAME OIL, OPTIONAL
    • 4 CUPS COOKED RICE


    Instructions


    1. SLICE BEEF INTO VERY THIN STRIPS.
    2. IN A SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, HEAT 1/2 OF THE VEGETABLE OIL, ADD BEEF AND COOK IN 2 BATCHES UNTIL BROWNED STIRRING OFTEN. REMOVE MEAT AND SET ASIDE.
    3. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM AND ADD PEPPERS, ONIONS AND GARLIC POWDER WITH REMAINING VEGETABLE OIL. COOK UNTIL TENDER CRISP.
    4. ADD GRAVY, SOY SAUCE, SESAME SEED OIL. HEAT TO BOIL. RETURN BEEF TO PAN AND HEAT THROOUGH.
    5. SERVE OVER COOKED RICE
