    CILANTRO BUTTER

    THIS HERB BUTTER CAN BE SPREAD ON FRESH WARM TORTILLAS, CORN MUFFINS OR BAGUETTES. THE USES ARE ENDLESS.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 GARLIC CLOVES, UNPEELED
    • 1/2 CUP SWEET SOFT BUTTER
    • 1/2 CUP MINCED CILANTRO
    • 1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE


    Instructions


    1. BLANCH GARLIC IN BOILING WATER FOR 10 MINUTES, REMOVE AND COOL. ONCE COOLED, PEEL AND THEN MINCE.
    2. IN A SMALL BOWL, CREAM BUTTER, CILANTRO, GARLIC AND LEMON JUICE TOGETHER UNTIL WELL BLENDED. COVER AND REFRIGERATE.
