    List of Ingredients


    • 8 OUNCE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
    • 1/4 CUP SOFTENED BUTTER
    • 2 TEASPOONS HEAVY CREAM OR MILK
    • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
    • 4 CUPS CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR, SIFTED


    Instructions


    1. IN A MIXING BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE, BUTTER, HEAVY CREAM OR MILK AND VANILLA UNTIL CREAMY AND SMOOTH.
    2. GRADUALLY BEAT IN CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR ON LOW SPEED, 1 CUP AT A TIME, UNTIL CREAMY SMOOTH AND SPREADABLE.
    3. ( FROSTS A 13 X9" PAN OR FILLS AND FROSTS ONE 8 OR 9" TWO LAYER CAKE. REFRIGERATE ANY REMAINING FROSTING).
    4. CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: ADD 2 OUNCES OF MELTED BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE THAT IS COOLED WITH THE BUTTER.
