    • 4 3/4 CUPS SIFTED CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR
    • 1/2 CUP UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER
    • 1/2 CUP SOFTENED SWEET BUTTER
    • 1/3 CUP BOILING WATER
    • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR AND COCOA. ADD BUTTER, BOILING WATER AND VANILLA.
    2. BEAT ON LOW SPEED UNTIL COMBINED. BEAT 1 MINUTE ON MEDIUM SPEED. COOL 20 TO 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL OF SPREADING CONSISTENCY.
    3. FROSTS ONE CAKE
