    List of Ingredients


    • 16 OUNCE BAG UNSWEETENED FROZEN STRAWBERRIES, PARTIALLY THAWED
    • 1/2 CUP WATER
    • 1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
    • 7 1/2 OUNCE JAR OF MARSHMALLOW FLUFF


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE STRAWBERRIES, WATER AND LEMON JUICE IN A BLENDER OR A FOOD PROCESSOR. PROCESS UNTIL STRAWBERRIES ARE FAIRLY SMOOTH BUT SOME CHUNKS OF FRUIT REMAIN. WHIRL IN FLUFF UNTIL BLENDED.
    2. POUR INTO AN ICE CREAM MAKER AND FREEZE AS PER MANUFACTURERS DIRECTIONS, OR POUR INTO A SHALLOW BOWL AND FREEZE 3 TO 4 HOURS OR UNTIL SLUSHY. BEAT WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER OR IN A FOOD PROCESSOR TO BREAK UP ICE CRYSTAL. RETURN TO FREEZER AND FREEZE UNTIL FIRM.
    3. YIELDS: 1 1/2 CUPS
