    List of Ingredients


    • 6 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
    • 1 CUP EACH CHOPPED ONION AND CELERY
    • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED GREEN BELL PEPPER
    • 2 TEASPOONS POULTRY SEASONING
    • 1 1/2 TEASPOON THYME LEAVES
    • 1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
    • 10 CUPS COOKED AND CRUMBLED CORNBREADD
    • 1/2 LB. SAUSAGE COOKED AND CRUMBLED ( NOT ITALIAN )
    • 13 3/4 OUNCE CHICKEN BROTH


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
    2. IN A LARGE SKILLET, MELT BUTTER, ADD ODNION, CELERY AND BELL PEPPER, SAUTE 5 MINUTES. STIR IN POULTRY SEASONING, THYME AND GARLIC POWDER.
    3. COMBINE CORNBREAD, VEGETABLE MIXTURE AND SAUSAGE. ADD BROTH, TOSS GENTLY.
    4. SPOON INTO A 13 X 9" BAKING DISH. BAKE FOR 30 TO 35 MINUTES.
    5. MAKES 10 CUPS
