    List of Ingredients


    • 2 LBS POTATOES, PEELED AND CUT INTO 2" PIECESS
    • 1/2 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE, MELTED
    • 1/4 CUP F RESH MINCED PARSLELY
    • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE


    Instructions


    1. IN A SAUCEPAN, COOK POTATOES IN WATER, UNTIL TENDER, DRAIN.
    2. COMBINE BUTTER AND PARSLEY, POUR OVER POTATOES AND TOSS TO COAT. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
    3. 6 TO 8 SERVINGS.
