- 2 LBS POTATOES, PEELED AND CUT INTO 2" PIECESS
- 1/2 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE, MELTED
- 1/4 CUP F RESH MINCED PARSLELY
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
Instructions
- IN A SAUCEPAN, COOK POTATOES IN WATER, UNTIL TENDER, DRAIN.
- COMBINE BUTTER AND PARSLEY, POUR OVER POTATOES AND TOSS TO COAT. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
- 6 TO 8 SERVINGS.
