- 1 CUP COOL WHIP
- 9 " BAKED PIE SHELL
- COOL WHIP FOR GARNISHING
- CRUSHED PECANS, FOR GARNISHING
Instructions
- COMBINE MILK, PUDDING MIX, PUMPKIN PUREE, SPICES AND WHIPPED TOPPING IN A DEEP LARGE BOWL. BEAT AT LOW SPEED OF AN ELECRIC MIXER FOR ABOUT 1 MINUTE.
- POUR FILLING INTO COOLED PIE CRUST.
- CHILL IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 3 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. WHEN READY TO SERVE, SPREAD WITH WHIPPED TOPPING AND SPRINKLE WITH CRUSHED PECANS.
