    CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 PINT HEAVY CREAM
    • 1 PINT HALF AND HALF
    • 1 CUP SUGAR
    • 1 TABLESPOON VANILLA
    • 12 OUNCES SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
    • 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
    • LEMON ZEST TO TASTE
    • 3 GRAHAM CRACKERS, CRUSHED


    Instructions


    1. MIX SUGAR AND VANILLA INTO CREAM. BLEND CREAM CHEESE WITH HALF AND HALF IN A BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH, ADD TO CREAM MIXTURE. STIR IN LEMON JUICE AND ZEST.
    2. POUR INTO ICE CREAM MACHINE AND FREEZE ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURER'S DIRECTIONS.
    3. ADD THE CRUSHED GRAHAM CRACKERS DURING THE LAST FEW MINUTES OF TURNING.
