CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM
List of Ingredients
- 1 PINT HEAVY CREAM
- 1 PINT HALF AND HALF
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 1 TABLESPOON VANILLA
- 12 OUNCES SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
- 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
- LEMON ZEST TO TASTE
- 3 GRAHAM CRACKERS, CRUSHED
Instructions
- MIX SUGAR AND VANILLA INTO CREAM. BLEND CREAM CHEESE WITH HALF AND HALF IN A BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH, ADD TO CREAM MIXTURE. STIR IN LEMON JUICE AND ZEST.
- POUR INTO ICE CREAM MACHINE AND FREEZE ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURER'S DIRECTIONS.
- ADD THE CRUSHED GRAHAM CRACKERS DURING THE LAST FEW MINUTES OF TURNING.
