DAIRY QUEEN ICE CREAM
List of Ingredients
- 2 ENVELOPES KNOX GELATINE
- 1/2 CUP COLD WATER
- 4 CUPS WHOLE MILK
- 2 CUPS SUGAR
- 2 TEASPOONS VANILLA
- 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
- 3 CUPS HEAVY CREAM
Instructions
- SOAK THE GELATINE IN COLD WATER.
- HEAT THE MILK, BUT DO NOT BOIL. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD GELATINE, SUGAR, VANILLA AND SALT MIXING TO COMBINE WELL. COOL AND ADD CREAM MIXING WELL. CHILL 5 TO 6 HOURS IN REFRIGERATOR.
- POUR INTO A 4 TO 6 QUART ICE CREAM FREEZER CAN AND PROCESS ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS.
