    • 2 1/2 CUPS SKIM MILK
    • 3 TABLESPOONS REDUCED FAT MAYONNAISE
    • 1 1/2 TEASPOONS GROUND MUSTARD
    • 1 TEASPOON HOT PEPPER SAUCE
    • 1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
    • 12 OUNCES CANNED CRABMEAT, DRAINED, FLAKED AND CARTILAGE REMOVED
    • OR 2 CUPS IMITATION CRABMEAT
    • 2 HARD BOILED EGG WHITES, CHOPPED
    • HOT COOKED RICE


    Instructions


    1. IN A SAUCEPAN, COMBINE FLOUR AND BUTTER BUDS. GRADUALLY STIR IN MILK. BRING TO A BOIL, COOK AND STIR FOR 2 MINUTES OR UNTIL THICK AND BUBBLY.
    2. STIR IN MAYONNAISE, MUSTARD, HOT PEPPER SAUCE AND PEPPER UNTIL SMOOTH. STIR IN THE CRAB AND COOKED EGG WHITES, HEAT THROUGH. SERVE OVER RICE.
