LOW FAT KEY LIME PIE
List of Ingredients
- 9 OUNCE PACKAGE FAT FREE COOL WHIP
- 1 CUP NONFAT PLAIN YOGURT
- 1/2 CUP KEY LIME JUICE
- 1 CAN FAT FREE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
- 1 LIME FOR GARNISHING, OPTIONAL
- 2 CUPS LOW FAT GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR TWIN
- 1/4 CUP FLEISCHMAN'S FAT FREE BUTTER LIKE SPREAD
Instructions
- MIX CRUMBS, SUGAR TWIN AND BUTTER SPREAD. ( IF NOT TO A CRUST CONSISTENCY, ADD ENOUGH WATER TO GET THE CONSISTENCY). PAT INTO A 9 X 13" BAKING PAN. ( RESERVE A LITTLE FOR TOPPING).
- MIX COOL WHIP, YOGURT, LIME JUICE AND CONDENSED MILK, MIXING WELL TO INCORPORATE ALL INGREDIENTS. POUR OVER CRUST AND SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING CRUMBS OVER TOP. GARNISH WITH LIME ZEST.
- PLACE IN FREEZER AND SERVE DIRECTLY FROM FREEZER. ( THIS DESSERT THAWS IN A MATTER OF MINUTES.
