    LOW FAT KEY LIME PIE


    List of Ingredients


    • 9 OUNCE PACKAGE FAT FREE COOL WHIP
    • 1 CUP NONFAT PLAIN YOGURT
    • 1/2 CUP KEY LIME JUICE
    • 1 CAN FAT FREE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
    • 1 LIME FOR GARNISHING, OPTIONAL
    • 2 CUPS LOW FAT GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
    • 1/2 CUP SUGAR TWIN
    • 1/4 CUP FLEISCHMAN'S FAT FREE BUTTER LIKE SPREAD


    Instructions


    1. MIX CRUMBS, SUGAR TWIN AND BUTTER SPREAD. ( IF NOT TO A CRUST CONSISTENCY, ADD ENOUGH WATER TO GET THE CONSISTENCY). PAT INTO A 9 X 13" BAKING PAN. ( RESERVE A LITTLE FOR TOPPING).

    2. MIX COOL WHIP, YOGURT, LIME JUICE AND CONDENSED MILK, MIXING WELL TO INCORPORATE ALL INGREDIENTS. POUR OVER CRUST AND SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING CRUMBS OVER TOP. GARNISH WITH LIME ZEST.

    3. PLACE IN FREEZER AND SERVE DIRECTLY FROM FREEZER. ( THIS DESSERT THAWS IN A MATTER OF MINUTES.
