    • 2 CUPS COLD SKIM MILK
    • 8 OUNCE CONTAINER FROZEN REDUCED FAT WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED ( 3 1/2 CUPS)
    • 1 TABLESPOON FRESHLY GRATED ORANGE PEEL
    • 2 PACKAGES LADY FINGERS, DIVIDED
    • 1/2 CUP ORANGE JUICE
    • 1 CUP HERSHEY'S REDUCED FAT SEMI-SWEET BAKING CHIPS, FINELY CHOPPED AND DIVIDED


    Instructions


    1. PREPARE PUDDING AND PIE FILLING AS DIRECTED ON PACKAGE USING NONFAT MILK. GENTLY STIR WHIPPED TOPPING AND ORANGE PEEL INTO PUDDING.
    2. BRUSH BOTH SIDES OF LADY FINGERS WITH ORANGE JUICE.
    3. CHOP BAKING CHIPS IN FOOD PROCESSOR, RESERVING 2 TABLESPOONS.
    4. SPREAD 3/4 CUP OF PUDDING MIXTURE ON BOTTOM OF A GLASS 9 X 13" BAKING DISH. LAYER HALF OF THE LADY FINGERS, CUT SIDE DOWN OVER PUDDING, SPRINKLE WITH HALF OF THE BAKING CHIP PIECES. SPREAD WITH HALF OF THE PUDDING MIXTURE IN DISH, REPEAT LAYERS.
    5. SPRINKLE RESERVED CHIP PIECES EVENLY OVER TOP. COVER AND REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 2 HOURS. STORE ANY LEFTOVERS IN REFRIGERATOR.
