- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP FIRMLLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 1 TEASPOON POWDERED VANILLA
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
- 2 CUPS FLOUR
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL, WITH A WIRE WHISK UNTIL EVENLY DISTRBUTED MAKING SURE ALL BROWN SUGAR LUMPS ARE CRUSHED. POUR INTO AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER OR JAR.

1 CUP UNSALTELD BUTTER OR MARGARAINE, SOFTENED
1 LARGE EGG

1 CUP CANDY BAR CHUNKS
( REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS, BUTTERFINGER BARS, WHITE OR MILK CHOCOLATE CHUNKS OR M&M'S.)
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
IN A LARGE BOWL OF AN ELECTRIC MIXER, BEAT THE BUTTER UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD THE EGG AND CONTINUE BEATING UNTIL THE EGG IS COMBINED. ADD THE COOKIE MIX AND CANDY BAR CHUNKS AND BLEND ON LOW JUST UNTIL THE COOKIE MIX IS INCORPORATED. FORM COOKIES INTO 1 1/2" BALLS AND PLACE THEM 2" APART ON AN UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE FOR 10 TO 12 MINUTES, UNTIL GOLDEN ON THE EDGES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL ON COOKIE SHEET FOR 2 MINUTES.
