    • 2 TABLESPOONS PARSLEY FLAKESS
    • 1 TABLESPOON OREGANO
    • 1 TABLESPOON MARJORAM
    • 1 TABLESPOON THYME
    • 2 TEASPOON ROSEMARY
    • 1 TEASPOON GARLIC SALT
    • 1 TEASPOON ONION SALT
    • 1 TABLESPOON CELERY SALT
    • 1 TABLESPOON GINGER, OPTIONAL
    • 1 TEASPOON PEPPER
    • 1 TEASPOON SAGE
    • 1 TABLESPOON PAPRIKA


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS MIXING WELL. PLACE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER AND STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE.
    2. USE WITHIN 6 MONTH. MAKES ABOUT 1/2 CUP OF MIX.
    3. GIFT TAG INSTRUCTIONS:

      ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:

      1 1/2 TEASPOONS OF CHICKEN COATING MIX
      3/4 CUPS FLOUR
      1/4 CUP INSTANT NONFAT DRY MILK
      2 TEASPOONS SUGAR
      1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
      1/2 TEASPOON SALT
      L2/3 CUP HOT WATER
      2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
      2 1/2 TO 3 LB FRYER CHICKEN, CUT UP
    4. PREHEAT OVEN TO 425°.
      COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CHICKEN IN A SMALL BOWL, BLENDING WELL.
    5. DIP CHICKEN PIECES IN BATTER AND PLACE ON A BAKING SHEET. BAKE UNCOVERED 40 TO 50 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND TENDER.

    6. VARIATION: DIP CHICKEN PIECES IN BATTER AND THEN FRY IN HOT OIL.

      YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE 1 CUP OF PANCAKE MIX FOR THE FLOUR, DRY MILK, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER AND SALT.
