- 3 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 3/4 TEASPOONS SALT
- 1/8 TEASPOON GROUND PEPPER
- 1/2 TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD
- 1/2 TEASPOON PAPRIKA
- 1/2 TEASPOON CRUSHED DRIED OREGANO
- 1/8 TEASPOON DRIED MINCED GARLIC
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS DRIED MINCED ONION
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND PLACE IN A GLASS JAR. LABEL AND STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE.
- USE WITHIN 6 MONTHS.

1/4 CUP SALAD MIX
1/4 CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
1/2 CUP KETCHUP
IN A BLENDER COMBINE THE SALAD MIX, RED WINE VINEGAR AND KETCHUP. BLEND 5 TO 7 SECONDS ON HIGH SPEED. POUR INTO A 2 CUP CONTAINER WITH A TIGHT FITTING LID. LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 5 HOURS.
- REFRIGERATE 30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. MAKES ABOUT 1 1/4 CUPS OF DRESSING.
