MARINADE BLEND MIX
List of Ingredients
- 1 CUP CIDRE VINEGAR
- 1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 4 1/2 TEASPOONS ONION SALT
- 1 TABLESPOON GARLIC SALT
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS GRAOUND THYME
- 1 TEASPOON DRIED ROSEMARY
- 1 TEASPOON DRIED BASIL
- 1 TEASPOON CAPERS WITH LIQUID
- 1/2 TEASPOON DILL
- 1/4 CUP FROZEN ORANGE JUICE CONCENTRATE, THAWED
- 4 TABLESLPOONS LEMON JUICE
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER AND PROCESS 1 MINUTE ON HIGH SPEED.
- POUR INTO 1 QUART CONTAINER WITH A TIGHT FITTING LID. LABEL AND STORE IN REFRIGERATOR.
- USE WITHIN 6 TO 8 WEEKS.
