    List of Ingredients


    • 1 CUP CIDRE VINEGAR
    • 1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
    • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
    • 4 1/2 TEASPOONS ONION SALT
    • 1 TABLESPOON GARLIC SALT
    • 1 1/2 TEASPOONS GRAOUND THYME
    • 1 TEASPOON DRIED ROSEMARY
    • 1 TEASPOON DRIED BASIL
    • 1 TEASPOON CAPERS WITH LIQUID
    • 1/2 TEASPOON DILL
    • 1/4 CUP FROZEN ORANGE JUICE CONCENTRATE, THAWED
    • 4 TABLESLPOONS LEMON JUICE


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER AND PROCESS 1 MINUTE ON HIGH SPEED.
    2. POUR INTO 1 QUART CONTAINER WITH A TIGHT FITTING LID. LABEL AND STORE IN REFRIGERATOR.
    3. USE WITHIN 6 TO 8 WEEKS.
    4. MAKES ABOUT 3 CUPS OF MARINADE MIX
