- 3/4 TEASPOONS GROUND CINNAMON
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS POWDERED VANILLA
- 1/4 CUP COCOA
- 2 1/2 CUPS POWDERED MILK
Instructions
- COMBINE AL OF THE INGREDIENTS IN A SMALL BOWL AND BLEND WELL. POUR INTO AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER OR JAR AND LABEL. STORE IN A DRY COOL PLACE.

CINNAMON STICKS FOR GARNISH
HEAT THE WATER TO BOILING AND ADD THE MIXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE MIX. STIR WITH A WIRE WHISK UNTIL THE MIXTURE IS SMOOTH. GARNISH WITH CINNAMON STICK.
FOR A FROTHEIR HOT CHOCOLATE, MIX IN A BLENDER.
